Diary of expedition from Monterey into the San Joaquin Valley, circling Tulare Lake, to visit Indian villages in pursuit of runaways. Signed at Monterey, Nov. 16, 1819. With this is a copy with slight variations and added note, also in Estudillo's handwriting and signed at Monterey, Nov. 19, 1819, (12 p.) and an incomplete copy (ending Nov. 3) in the handwriting of Agostín Zamorano. (15 p.) Includes typed transcript of the diary signed Nov. 16, 1819.
